Winning the AIA Hackathon Challenge

AIA is a global insurance firm providing services including credit, accident and life insurance to retail customers and corporations. Utilising our Digital Advisor Platform, we came in first in the Gamification-based Customer Recommendation category at the AIA Sri Lanka Hackathon Challenge 2021.

Gamified-Performance Dashboards for Insurance Advisors

Through our Digital Advisor Platform, we take in the customer persona to personalise the storytelling for the best user experience. This is done through a gamified life journey simulation, where advisors can bring customers through the process and hyper-personalise each plan according to the customer’s life goals.

This helps customers to visualise how the key benefits of an insurance policy unfold during an unexpected event to help them make better-informed decisions. They can further configure smart defaults such as the recommended premium amounts, coverage amounts, policy term and etc, for customisation and comparison between different options.
