Hitachi to showcase solutions contributing to Thailand’s Digital Transformation in eGovernment Forum 2017 and Digital Social Innovation 2017
Bangkok, Thailand, 11 August 2017 – Hitachi Asia (Thailand) Ltd. announced today that they will showcase their Social Innovation Business at eGovernment Forum 2017 and Digital Social Innovation 2017, from 16 and 17 August 2017.
Hitachi’s 24 square meter booth will showcase total social innovation solutions through presentations and demonstrations. Specifically, solutions enhancing public safety such as biomedical identification tools via finger vein, as well as video analytics such as Hitachi Visualization Suite and Intelligent Video Analysis System will be shown. Means of making transportation smarter will also be explored through Hitachi’s data processing technology from collecting and analyzing data, to providing services based on the analytic results. Hitachi’s smart city initiatives will also be explored alongside real use cases. As a cutting edge technology, Hitachi’s humanoid robot will participate in the exhibition.
Hitachi’s participation in this event further highlights its commitment to link Thailand’s e-government, public and private sectors through their Social Innovation Business. This is especially in view of the Thai government’s announcement of masterplan “Thailand 4.0”, which aims to “Digitize Thailand” through full digital integration of public and private sectors in governmental operations.
