Hitachi Young Leaders Initiative (HYLI) is back!

We are excited to share that Hitachi’s flagship regional thought leadership and social responsibility program – Hitachi Young Leaders Initiative (HYLI) will be returning from 18th to 21st July 2022!

The theme for this year’s HYLI is “Social Innovation in the New Normal”, and we are pleased to invite Tan Sri Datuk Dr Rebecca Sta Maria, Executive Director, Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Secretariat as the keynote speaker. She will be joined by key experts in Hitachi such as Mr. Yeow Shih Yeh, GX Marketing & Incubation Lead, Environmental Business Division APAC, and Mr. Chew Huat Seng, General Manager, IPBU.

With the aim of helping Asia identify its future leaders, HYLI reflects Hitachi’s long-term commitment to Asia. As a networking and intercultural exchange, four of the brightest university students from each participating country will be invited to meet and discuss current regional and global issues. Furthermore, the student delegates will be given the opportunity to exchange views with prominent speakers who are the Asian leaders of today.
